to person’s well-being and the success and outcomes of particular actions or
behaviours. Also, the health belief model has boundless impact on person’s
health, such as drive to becoming healthy. The fear of getting illness that
will, inspire them to become healthy (Naidoo and Wills 2016). Therefore, this
model is essential to the teaching plan and will be used throughout the period
of the lesson to ensure effectiveness. For example, in the teaching plan
delivering to the children information about the threats of not coping with
stress will be given to ensure that they are aware of the negative health
issues it poses to them. By using the six concepts of the health belief model
(perceived susceptibility, perceived severity, perceived benefits, perceived
